Models rely on their physiques to bring in the money. It is not as easy as people think and requires a lot of dedication and commitment.
Models need to maintain good conditioning year round and should train almost exactly like a body builder, with the addition of a cardio routine on a daily basis in order to maintain a low- body fat percentage. Models must follow a strict meal plan, with a few exceptions, everyday of the year. Supplementation is highly recommended but nothing beyond the basics.

Dancers Fitness Program

Exercising for the purpose of dancing differs from exercising to build or tone muscles. Exercising for dancers is for the purpose of being able to perform multiple body movements as well as positions and maintain a good physique.
Since dancers use their bodies in unhealthy ways (such as hyper extending legs and arching backs) GetFit4u is here to help you prepare your bodies physically as best as possible.
Similar to models, dancers also need to maintain a good fitness level year round, follow a strict meal plan and must intake proper supplements in order to fill the lack of nutrients and vitamins your body is not receiving from food.

Tracking your Results with a GetFit4u Tracking Sheet
If you want to take pictures of how you currently look and email them to us at devante1@mac.com (make sure to include your current measurements, bodyweight and body fat) we will design you a tracking sheet. This is a great way to stay motivated and when you look at yourself now and compare yourself a year later you will see a big difference!
Working out Safely
Injuries could potentially take you out of the gym for a few days and/or impair your ability to perform certain routines within your workout regimen leaveing which might leave you unable to attend a photoshoot and/or dance performance. In addition, once injured it is highly possible to re-injure yourself in the same area. Therefore, we have provided a link to to help you avoid workout injuries
