GetFit4u's group training sessions offer fun and intense workouts for people of all fitness levels and sizes. GetFit4u leaves behind the "old-style" notion of long and slow moderate classes and replaces it with powerful, high-intensity workouts that will leave our clients of all fitness levels feeling accomplished. Individual Training

Individual training is the ideal way to get quick and lasting results as you have the full attention of a Fitt4Life Coach to guide you with expert advice and keep you motivated. As a individual clients, you will receive a well structured fitness regimen to suit your desired goals and personal needs and your Fitt4Life coach will perform regular fitness evaluation to monitor your progress.

Home Training

When it comes to workout out, one of the biggest struggles is getting of the couch and into the gym. When you purchase and Home Training package, the training comes to you! As your Fitt4life coah I will come and help you with exercises that can be done in your own home. No need to worry if you don't have any fitness equipment. I will come equipped with some equipment that will help you acheive your health goals as well as show you some handy-around the house items that you can use to workout.
