GetFit4u offers three different training options: Group, Individual and Home. Our group sessions offers fun and intense workouts for people of all fitness levels and sizes. As stated earlier, we leave behind the "old-style" notion of long and slow moderate classes and replace it with powerful, high-intensity workouts that will leave our clients of all fitness level feeling accomplished. Individual training is the ideal way to get quick lasting results as you have the full attention of a Fitt4Life Coach to guide with expert advice and keep you motivated..

Home Training
You have the equipment...
Now it is time to maximize the benefits by having a Fitt4Life Coach come to your house and teach you how to use it most effectively. EVEN if you do not have the equipment, your Fitt4Life Coach will be able to utilize objects/structure around your house and bring a few other pieces of fitness equipment.There are a few GOOD benefits of in-home training.
You will feel secure while working out in the comfort of your own home, it saves you the time and the hassle of having to travel elsewhere, the Fitt4Life Coach's attention is focused solely on you and in-home training teaches you how to exercise without having to be dependen on the gym and equipment.
Learning how to use what is available to you is the key benefit to in-home training.
