GetFit4u is a five-week outdoor fitness program that offers intense fitness instructions, motivational tips and nutritional coaching. GetFit4u leaves behind the “old-style” notion of long and slow moderate classes and replaces it with powerful, high intensity workouts that will leave our clients of all fitness levels feeling accomplished. All our workouts are designed around fun and energizing activities, which helps our clients achieve their fitness goals. We also provide personal training session for those not interested in a group workout.
